Pre-Order Information

How to place your order:

  1. Add your course schedule - no need to add actual textbooks to your shopping cart
  2. Choose whether you want optional books or not
  3. Enter your book condition preference - rental, new, used
  4. Check out

After placing your pre-order:

  1. You will receive an email update within 2 weeks of the start of Fall semester that includes order number, order total, and the books that have been added to your order based on the availability of your preferences.
  2. You will receive another email when your order is ready for pick-up/has shipped.
  3. Please have your order number and student ID with you at pick-up (order numbers are found in the pickup confirmation email and begin with 19XXXX or 20XXXX).

Pre-Order Fall Books


As long as we haven't started adding books to your order, you can edit your pre-order by logging into your account to edit your pre-order.

If your schedule changes after your order has already been processed, please inform us upon pickup/shipping and we can process an exchange/refund in accordance with our return policy.
You won't be charged until we have physically pulled your books and processed your order, usually about 1-2 weeks before the start of school. However, if all your books are in stock early it may be processed as early as July 20. Until your order is processed, you will see a one cent ($0.01) pending authorization on your account.
