Q: What is a stole or Stole of Gratitude?

The graduating student traditionally wears it during the commencement ceremony. Afterwards, the Stole is presented to someone who provided extraordinary help or support. For more information about the Stole of Gratitude, check out this site.

A: Tassel colors may be different, depending on your location. Contact your local counselor to verify what color you may need. For USU-E students, packages are available for purchase in the Price store.  Please visit for details.
